Thanks to Charles Irion, I found out that there was a lot more to know and I felt lucky that I hadn't been caught in too many of the traps. | I had a few laughs when I started reading "Car Dealer Hell." But by the time I was finished, all the fear of entering car dealerships had crept back into my memory. In the long run this book gave me all the ammo and knowledge to brave my way back to make a purchase, Great book!
